I Believe In The Power Of Prayer.

Back in 1961, when I was but a child, my belief in the power of prayer was firmly established.

As it happened, my aunt required major surgery.

At the time no one had survived the open heart procedure that was to be done on her and we were all sick with worry.

When I arrived at school (catholic) that day I asked if we could offer our daily prayers to protect my aunt.

My teacher did better than that and requested the entire school offer prayers for my aunt.

I'll never forget that day, standing with hands clasped and praying with my entire being.

Praying, as all around me and through out the school, children and teachers prayed for a single purpose, and I new our prayers had been heard, as a profound sense of peace flowed thru my soul.

Here I am more than 40 years later, and I still thank the lord that my aunt is still alive and well today.

I have had many occasions when I have ask the lord for help but no response has been greater than the one I felt when all our prayers and thoughts were combined together.

I believe in the power of prayers and I always will, and I am asking you to set aside just a little time each week to visit this site
